I've spent my time studying and working with words, images, and data to better tell the stories of brands and institutions.

My Education

Katz School, Yeshiva University

MS Digital Marketing & Media, 2020-2021

Since September 2020, I've been exploring digital marketing and media at Yeshiva University's Katz School. My studies have ranged from the fundamentals of marketing and business to the specifics of disciplines including web analytics, SEO, and marketing research. I've worked with YU's startup accelerator, the Innovation Lab, doing real-world marketing work with up-and-coming businesses.

I expect to graduate with my MS in Digital Marketing & Media in the summer of 2021.

Yeshiva College, Yeshiva University

BA English, 2017-2020

In May 2020, I graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva College with a BA in English and a minor in psychology. In my English studies, I focused on both literary studies and creative writing, and I honed my writing abilities with courses in poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, playwriting, and more.

During my time at Yeshiva College, my writing won school-wide awards in poetry, creative non-fiction, and literary criticism.

My Roles

Global City Press

Editorial Intern, Summer 2020

In the summer after I graduated college, I worked as an editorial intern at Global City Press, the independent publishing collective behind Global City Review, a semiannual literary magazine that has published award-winning writers since 1993.

As part of my role, I conducted and interviews with all 17 authors included in the Summer 2020 issue. Additional responsibilities included coordinating submissions to the magazine, including sending acceptance and rejection emails, working with authors to prepare their work for publication, and assisting with digital marketing and promotion.

Yeshiva University Journal of the Arts

Editor-in-Chief, 2019-2020

In my last year at Yeshiva University, I created the Yeshiva University Journal of the Arts, an online arts and literary journal dedicated to giving a voice to creative Yeshiva students.

I built a website, created a visual brand for the journal, and recruited a team of editors. Over the year, we published three online issues of the journal, and worked to foster a creative community with social media initiatives and by organizing events like open-mic nights and a visit to the MoMA.

Yeshiva College Dramatics Society

Stage Manager, 2017-2020

I got involved with the Yeshiva College Dramatics Society during my first semester at Yeshiva, working as assistant stage manager for our Fall production of "Harvey." I went on to work as stage manager on two more Fall productions, "Duck Hunter Shoots Angel" (in which I took a small acting role) and "Lenin's Embalmers." I also joined the society as a board member, working to plan future productions and increase the visibility of theater on campus.

When I graduated, I was awarded the Chaim Rothstein Memorial Award for Excellence in Dramatic Theater in recognition of my contributions to the society.

Vivage Senior Living

Social Media/Web Marketing Associate, Summers 2018-2019

During the summers between semesters, I worked at a large nursing home management company in Denver, Colorado, managing web marketing and social media campaigns for over 30 facilities.

In addition to creating content for and managing social media pages, I worked on paid search and social media advertising campaigns, writing copy, designing visual imagery, and building landing pages.

Tenfold Traffic

Web Marketing Assistant, Summers 2015-2017

In the summers before I started college, I worked as an assistant at a web marketing/SEO firm, where I designed and built landing pages, researched and wrote copy, and created graphics and logos for clients.

Have a look at some of the things I've worked on. Feedback is always appreciated.

Yeshiva University Journal of the Arts

Web Design & Visual Branding

When Yeshiva University Journal of the Arts launched, it needed an online home for its new digital-first format. I designed and built a website and created a visual identity for the journal. During my time with the journal, I also designed content for social media and laid out a version of the journal for print.

Art & Design

During my involvement with Yeshiva University Journal of the Arts and with the YU Poetry club, I was tasked with creating visually engaging posters to promote club events.

Oedipa's Journey

Art & Design

For my final project in a class called Stranger Things: Art of the Unreal, a literature course that surveyed the strange and occult in literature, I took the first eight pages of Thomas Pynchon's The Crying of Lot 49 and, using digital painting, created a new story within the story.

Aviva at Fitzsimons

Web Design & Visual Branding

When Vivage Senior Living was preparing to open Aviva at Fitzsimons, a new high-end rehabilitation and long-term care facility, I designed and wrote copy for a landing page and display ads, and set up paid search and social ad campaigns to build brand awareness.

Web Concept & Design

In high school, I was given the task of creating a concept for a business or other project. I came up with AppHappy, a website that would feature unique and interesting apps for every need, then designed a visual identity and a concept site for the project.
